Classes
Lunch and Learn (45-60 minutes): Feed the brain and the body will follow

We offer dynamic presentations that are guaranteed to motivate and educate, allowing you and your staff to get started on the right foot. Bring a brown bag lunch and a pen. Fitness @ Work (45-60 minutes): Put a little workout in the workplace for increased productivity
This is a group fitness program. The size of the class is limited only by the size of the room or pool you have available for use.
Choices for classes include

land)

Small Group Personal Training (45 minutes): Increase your numbers and lower your fee
This training program is designed to help small groups of three-four people who have the same fitness goal. If you’re seeking a health and fitness program designed to achieve your specific goals and want to accelerate your progress at a more economical rate, then this program is for you. Our small group health and fitness programs incorporate cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, flexibility, functional assessment and training, nutrition and education.
